      I went for help.. I'm not a computer guy.. I told the guy that helped me.. I'm 57 and don't know how to do any of this stuff .. he said I had to use app on my phone .. I said no.. I don't trust it.. after a few rude comments and his refusal to help any more ... I came home and finally got help over the phone.. don't bother using this bank .. horrible workers make a horrible bank ..
