      Terrible experience today 4/13. Rude and immature. Was told I needed to be "in view of the camera" as they sit in the back room avoiding customers, having waited twice. Heavier set lady refused to help reopen my account and the manager cowered in the office. Pretty sure they are hooking up back there.
