  Worst bank ever went to cash a check from another business and was told that because I don't have an account there they can't cash a bank of America drawn check for me unless it's under 2500. It's a business check drawn off bank of America and still was told too bad only bank with this issue ever.

  I walked into the Hamburg branch on what appeared to be an average business day, after having first visited my local branch, which was temporarily out of service. Having driven so far, I was bummed to find out that I had to make an appointment to open a small business account, but luckily for me, there was an opening in the schedule and I was able to see someone that afternoon. I worked with Daniel Johannes Weimer, Relationship Manager & Business Owner Specialist, on getting my business bank account set up. Daniel really took the time to understand my business and what account and options would be the best fit for me. The process itself did take some time (about an hour and 15 minutes), but it was not at all arduous. I really appreciated that all my questions were answered, and I left the meeting feeling confident and ready to take on the world. Thank you for such a great experience!

  I would give this bank a zero if possible, I applied for a home mortgage and was told I could get a grant if I purchased home in the right market. So I did, and I provided all documents required. This bank could not get information from an association that I am connected with, and then this bank became my enemy. They reneged on the loan and grant, and I lost the house. DO NOT USE THIS BANK
