Frequent problems with my business and personal accounts. They tell you one thing and then do another. Customer service passes the blame onto the back office for every single issue. You come to expect subpar customer service from large banks like this but they take terrible practices and service to another level. Want to solve something over the phone without going into a branch? Good luck. The only good person there is Nate.

Went here to cash bonds and the guy at the desk seemed very confused and then said they don’t do that and you have to mail it to the treasury. Luckily DCU is next door and they have a clue as to what they are doing.
