  Erion Cela, Manager is refusing access my deceased Mothers account. She passed on March 1st, I went into the branch in late March to stop the auto payments on her account. I had all the appropriate documents. I was told the process to have legal review would take 2-3 weeks and I would be contacted. I waited over two months then I tried calling for an update this past Tuesday, I spoke with a bank associate who told me I was being transferred to Erion, I let it ring 16 times before realizing he was not coming to the phone. As a result of this delay. The account has been overdrawn because of automatic payments I was not allowed to cancel and still can't. I believe this in retaliation for a survey I filled out that was not positive. Erion called to berate me over the review which was filled out the day I went into the bank to file P.R. paper in late March I don't understand why a bank allows one person to have this much unchecked power.

  I visited the bank with my son. The new staff at the bank was very nice, polite and professional. I opened two accounts for myself and my son and they were very helpful throughout the process. I enjoyed the time being there and even learned Roberto's and Sara's name they were very friendly. The branch manager Erion was awesome, very very professional, very friendly, made me feel like at home and he gave me quick answers to my questions. I was impressed with his knowledge and the teamwork overall. I definitely recommend this branch.

  I'll narrow down their disrespectful service in one incident, the clerk gave my dad attitude for handling her $1.75 worth of change (dimes and nickels no pennies) within his cash deposit, saying that they only take change if it's a roll, which is news to me.

  This branch of Citizens Bank in the Stop & Shop store is the worst banking experience I have ever had in my 10 years with this Bank. I actually expect something to go wrong with any transaction I make. High employee turn over, poor employee attitudes, unusually slow service and extremely poor store placement all lead to a very disappointing customer experience. Citizens Bank, overall, is getting too big for its own britches. Unfortunately, they seem to be following in the footsteps of other Mega Banks.

  One of the worst customer service representative I've experienced. So, If i don't have an acct there i am not able to get a roll of quarters? But I can go there and deposit thousands of dollars into someone else citizen bank acct. The fact that I was shopping at stop and shop and decided to go to the branch and asked politely for the rolls to turned down with a No, instead of explaining, or as a courtesy to me the favor , but not a flat out NO, like this is an everyday thing, and if it is, there should be a big sign saying not roll of quarters for non clients. Big dissatisfaction and disappointment with this brand.

  One Of The Worst Citizens Branch's Ive Ever Visited !! The Manager Joanair Was The Rudest Person Ive ever Dealt with at Any Citizens Bank .She Had a Major Attitude and Thought By Her repeatedly Saying I Am Sorry With Out A Reason And Saying You Have A Nice Day ( without meaning it) I Was Not Going To Post This Review !! Its A Good Thing I Do Not Have to go back to this office or I would Close My Account.

  I usually always use this bank to cash checks even though I have no account and they are usually always courteous and nice. But today they're hours were supposed to be until 5 pm but I went there right before 4 pm and they were already closed . With absolutely no notice or sign explaining why .

  Worst customer service ever! I waited in line way too long and when I finally got to the counter the woman who greeted me was rude and tried to rush me through the transaction and actually tried to short change me $10!
