  Luisa is the BEST Loan officer in Massachusets. (Maybe in the country, I don't know). Buying a home could be very stressful, specially if you don't have a reliable loan officer because there are many things that can go wrong. With Luisa you will have a smooth and pleasant loan process. She and her team are very professional, knowledgeable but over all, their customer service is outstanding, they really care about their clients and their needs. Also, beause MSA Mortgage is a lender; this means they have their own financial resourses, they are able to offer loan programs with lower interest rate that could save you some money each month. Once you close on your house with Luisa, you will be glad to refer her to your family and friends.

  Luisa and her team literally saved my day. They are the mortgage loan superheroes. After a reputable Bank failed me, and made me almost lose the deal to by a house, I went to MSA mortgage to save the deal. I was in a critical situation, I had my old apartment rented for the next month, I had no place to go by then if I don't make the deal. Luisa and her team worked super fast and convinced the seller to give us an extension. They were up to the challenge and could help me close in a record time! And with a better offer than what the Bank wanted to give us! My family and I could move to our new house just on time thanks to Luisa and her team!!

  I can't say enough good things about my experience of obtaining a mortgage with Luisa Bedoya and her team. Luisa is very knowledgeable, provides honest feedback and advice (which is something we appreciate) and made such a stressing process feel like a breeze, she always explaining the reason behind the documents she was requesting and made sure we completely understood the process. when you are getting into a 30 year commitment it is important to find someone you trust and Luisa and her team definitely will fulfill that requirement.

  Luisa and her team are simply the best in the business. From the moment I walked in , all my questions were answered and all my doubts were acknowledged.
