  Very unorganized bank, their ATM refused to dispensed my withdrawal of $260 and I complained waited for my refund uphill now since three years couldn't get refund. Very wicked bank

  Let me be honest, with the pandemic happening and I closed my account in july of last year I cant get any of my old statements without being charged $30.00 an hour. My other old bank Santander up the street was able to get my old statements from 2016. Do yourself a favor dont bank here go to either Santander or T.D. Bank across the street.

  Needed 10 thousand dollars from MY ACCOUNT for a family emergency said they did not have that kind of amount that I had to order it on a Monday MORNING and that it would be available on a Friday. What kind of bank doesn't have money available. I've never had that kind of problem with Santander or Bank of America. I am furious thinking of seriously switching.

  Went this morning to make a deposit and teller at the window was very rude. Maybe she didn't like the fact that I gave her 40 cents in change for her to count or cause I'm Hispanic but she handed me my receipt and didn't bother saying Thank you or Have a nice Day. I took the receipt and thanked her and she didn't even make eye contact. White women on the first teller cashier. Short blond hair. Get your customer service on point or don't bother working with people.

  I went to open a bank account I received an old lady from Brazil Without greeting, without a smile, she did not ask me to sit down 15 minutes while I am standing Frankly, she was disturbed by her behavior and asked her that I want to leave So I went without opening a bank account So bad service there

  Went there to cash a check from there bank teller said id and finger print i said her is two id he said cant cash it head teller came over said the same thing so i said ok he waived a 7 buck fee and after all that they forgot to ask me for my finger print real professional
