  Just need to say that Binita the manager (sorry if spelled wrong) is amazing!!!! She came through for me in one day for an issue with my business account that took the Young Street branch over 2 months to take care of (incorrectly). Thanks!

  Citizens bank as a whole is awful. I’ve come into the branch to have an issue corrected and they didn’t know what to do. When you call the customer service number you get a customer service rep that is from a totally different country. They do not listen to you, interrupt you while you’re talking and repeat the same thing over and over. Charges go into my account, magically disappear and then re-appear two days later resulting in over draft fees. And those overdraft fees will take an addition 3 days to be charged. You can have a positive balance and still get charged overdraft fees. My debit card information was stolen twice. Both times they asked if the charges were mine via text. I responded no and they still allowed the charges to be processed and took weeks to give me the money back. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

  I bank here all the time. I've had nothing but great service from this branch. They have all been extremely nice and have helped me on numerous occasions with my mother's account. Every employee had ALWAYS be courteous and friendly. Even when I'm not banking, and walk by because it's in the grocery store. They say hello.

  Tellers are nothing but confused. Spoke with a "manager" that had to ask multiple tellers what to do. He was completely useless. Gerry was extremely rude and said she wanted nothing to do with anything. Very poor customer communication. I was told even though I have an account there I cannot cash a certified pay check. Thank you but I will find a bank that will cash a paycheck without the manager asking the tellers what to do and speak down a customer right in front of them. I will be in contact with corporate of this disgraceful location.

  Tellers do not give accurate information on balances that lead to over draw charges called corporate they told me Bc it was a branch error branch would have to refund the branch refused terrible location I would not recommend this bank at all
