Poor costumer service. They did not accept Federal ID for withdrawal a money . I show them my passport and My Federal ID . Very bad behavior

I received a special offering in the mail for opening a new CD. I called the number on the offering to make sure the rate was still valid. I visit this branch and wait to see a customer service representative. I mention the call I made the night before and explain the Rep said the rate was still valid. Jessica tells me that rate is not valid and wishes me good luck. Basically, there is no way I will get the rate advertised. I return home and call the number and explain my experience. This Rep says I was misinformed and the rate was valid. Would you want to bank in this mess? Don't believe their commercials where they say they are citizens like us. I would have been more helpful.

Citizens Bank in Holmes has a very friendly atmosphere. The tellers are wonderful and the representatives are kind and very helpful.

Be careful!!! when you get changes from the guy teller who named Kevin money is always short. Always happens with him. Terrible service!!!
