  My first impression of the service was terrible. It was so bad that I called the branch manager after to tell him about it. He asked for an opportunity to make it right and for me to come back. Ken and Mona took such a great care of me and all my questions and requests ever since. I have nothing but great things to say about their personal approach, consistent follow up and professionalism. Makes a big difference!

  I’m not a fan of HSBC to begin with but to see a styrofoam cup in front of a environmental statement? Hypocrites have just revealed their true ‘nature’.

  Let's just hope after HSBC converts to Citizens Bank on Feb 22nd, they all get retrained on everything.

  Terrible experience with the tellers and manager. Zero customer service. Everyone that works there is rude. No training for employees. Instead of helping customers they turn them away. Am going to close my account there and go to a different bank.

  The staffs are very nice and patient.
