  Their ATM stole my entire paycheck because it had no money in it but it still deducted the money from my account. We are on day 3 of them not fixing the problem and now I have no money to eat or pay my bills with. Don't go here!!!

  Literally the slowest bank you will ever go to I pulled up to the drive-through line and I was 5 cars back I spent 1hour and 10mins in line I will never go here again people are rude also it would seen after making people wait over an hr in the drive thru they would be nice nope not the case

  With an always prompt, professional and friendly staff, the team at Charter One not only meets but exceeds all of my banking needs. They always seem to take the time to make sure you are totally satisfied with your banking experience. I highly recommend Charter One to anyone looking to open a new personal and or business account. They have great hours of operation and are always fast, accurate and reliable. They actually managed to make banking enjoyable for me. Kudos!

  I have had nothing but problems with my business banking account with this branch and company. I deposited a check and they put it into someone elses bank account. I recieved a phone call saying that they made a mistake but they could not correct it today. Now not only is my bank account in the negative because of their mistake but it wont even be corrected today. I am unable to perform the work I promised my customers and had to take the entire day off because of this. I have been on the phone for 2 hours going above this branch to get the issue resolved but still no resolution. They preach about taking care of their small business customers but they have only caused ne problems. Also if you mobile deposit they are allowed to hold your check for up to 5 days if they choose to do so. It happened to me 3 checks in a row. What a disaster!!! I Do Not Recommend Citizens bank for anyone personal or business.

  I opened my account here I think the branch here doesn’t have enough staff whenever I go.The teller today messed up my transactions 3 times. 8-28-18 I just got home sat down and looked at my receipts, I checked them in the car but once I got home it was still wrong. She was working by herself inside and in drive in. The experience always is slow it’s always a problem with the system the other day they couldn’t find my account 😳. It’s always something maybe I’ll try a different branch.

  Manager very disrespectful to the two of us who were already in line but came out of his office to ask the two men who were white that just walked in what could he help them with. There was only one cashier and she was doing a business tranaction that took awhile. This manager was very unprofessional. This is the first time I have ever experienced that type of behaviour in this bank. The lady that was in front of me told him he was disrespectful with his actions.

  I love this bank. Very friendly staff. Special shout out to the lovely Caitlin Gallagher the assistant bank manager and all of the tellers there. They make you feel comfortable and welcomed, and the service is always great.

  Wouldn’t change my wife’s last name after we go married without actually physically showing up to the bank in person. Drove from Grand Rapids to this branch, which is near to my brothers house and when we get here they made my wife walk across the street to use the bathroom at another business. Unfriendly and dismissive.
