  The times are a changing your experience at your local bank 🏦. This one will work for your needs. The teller, which I think is the only one, does the work of 3 people at times, you know that perfect storm of the person turning in change 2 people in line and the people at the window. Otherwise you can get in and out quickly enough. Location is easy and turning right on to pearl road is encouraged, the left turn is a tough one. ATM 🏧 is easy.

  Both my mother and I have had multiple accounts with Citizens. When she passed away a couple of months ago, my brother and I visited this branch to close out her accounts. Over two months later, her investments account still isn't closed properly and the banker at the local branch closed her IRA as if it was a normal withdrawal. Citizens corporate is now blaming my brother and I for the banker's mistake and accusing us of improperly making a withdrawal from an IRA. They have no record of the branch processing this as a beneficiary withdrawal. In addition, the banker transferred all of her funds from her checking and savings to my personal account then withdrew my brother's half from my account. Every other bank and financial institution split the funds between us as they should have. I have now spent over 1 1/2 hours on the phone with Citizens corporate trying to get these issues corrected and they still aren't. After 20+ years of doing my banking with Citizens, I am absolutely done with them. It should NOT take two months to do things this simple.

  This seems to be a fee happy bank. A monthly fee was assessed to my father-in-law's account if no deposit was made during the month. I can understand this. However, the fee was assessed in the middle of the month. What happened to the remaining two weeks? We closed the above account because it was no longer needed (father-in-law died). A month later, we were assessed a fee on the account and an overdraft charge because there was no balance left. So, my wife had to straighten out this mess. Great job charging a fee on the closed account of a dead person.

  My names is Paul H. Dickens and I am the special projects manager for the law firm of Balin & Assocs., LLC. I was recently contacted by Citizens Bank that by debit account was compromised. I was immediately taken under the "wing" of Ms. Kara Nicolosi, licensed banker/financial adviser for Citizens Bank of Parma Heights, Ohio 44130. She was extremely empathetic and her take charge attitude, bringing to bear all of her knowledge of the inner-workings of Citizens bank, was something to marvel at. I know evidentiary procedures and Ms. Nicolosi broke speed records to get my account back to normal. If there is a "six star" rating she and the Parma Heights branch certainly deserve that rating. I see Ms. Nicolosi's future as very bright and the next manager in your organization ___Thank you.
