  Was a customer years ago -- personal and business-- but left due to poor customer service and faulty ATM. Recently had an excellent experience with customer service -- Tyler (?)-- who was attentive, helpful and offered information for future reference. Still disappointed with their ATM situation, however. The machine is down, literally, a quarter of the time, and it's serviced only once a week.

  I’ve been a customer with this branch for 10 years. I was charged over $1200 for past business statements that I needed. This was a charge that other branches would waive for newer customers. After speaking to the branch manager, I was told that she can’t do anything. Can’t or won’t? I spend years getting to know a personal banker, just for him to have been transferred to another branch in Hershey. There is a lot of turnover in this branch. It’s been four years since this happened to me. I would hope this branch has learned to put the customer first. If this is a community bank, it’s the kind of community you do not want to be a part of.

  I have been banking with this branch for the past 4 years now (since 2014) and I would never think about moving anywhere else. Customer service is at it's best. From the counter to the back end to the manager they all do their best to bring the best. Dont be surprised when you see the manager on the counter helping you. 5 stars is still low. I wish I could give more. Thanks for your service.

  Horrible service. Took 30 mins to cash a check. My drivers license is valid. Truly the worst banking experience I've had. Go to Fulton bank or Wells Fargo. Go anywhere but here.

  Is there a way to do negative stars? This branch allowed a criminal to open a bank account in my boyfriend's name with no photo ID or security question answer!

  The staff is extremely friendly, and very helpful. They took the time to make me feel welcomed, and to answer all my questions. I will look forward to banking with them in the future.
