      I've banked here for ten years and couldn't be more pleased. They are courteous and efficient. We've had meetings when needed, gotten home loans, financial advice, helped with fraudulent transactions and notified whenever there was suspicious activity. Their rates are competitive. Their app works well. Overall they have made banking very easy.

      I've had my business accounts with this bank for more than 10 years. They don't charge extra for things like online banking, their app worries well, and customer service, when I need it, is friendly and efficient.

      I want to give the bank as a whole not this specific branch a zero but I have finally had it. It’s been multiple occasions on different days and times that I have needed to deposit money(all forms cash check and cash/check combo) and the ATM returns the cash back saying that it is currently unable to deposit funds; please try again later. Now after the price chopper location closed, it has gone downhill for me and I hope that after I was unsuccessful to deposit cash today (10/27/2018 Saturday) FIVE TIMES!!!! and among other patrons that were depositing and were unsuccessful as well that I will definitely overdraft my account and not being my fault and hope they will fix it. After 8 years of being with this bank, I am looking at changing banks because I can’t deal with this anymore and the attitudes at some times when I go to the branch is unbelievable. Will definitely go to the branch on this coming Monday and hope I can figure this all out. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BANK AS A WHOLE!!!!!

      The absolute worst bank for personal accounts. I have had clients with bad experiences as well. Stay far away and you'll save yourself lots of money!!!! Plenty of better options in the area

      Seriously considering closing my account because customer service is horrible. Plus they are slow. Don't go through the drive thru because it's the slowest ever.
