  This place always has the worse customer service, you walk in no greetings, the tellers are cold and almost robotic. If i was a secret shopper you guys wouldve failed big time today. Hope ya enjoy your holidays hope the new years brimg this place some better energy

  Never can get enough money out at the atm this bank is broke tell me I don’t have money but I do have money I been going the bank for 20 years time to find another bank

  The assistant manager is very rude, disrespectful and careless about the customers. The branch manager Chris Kerrigan is unprofessional with business owners.no manners Only one african american teller that says Hello with a smile , the rest all look like they just woke up. Do not use this location if you want to be treated right

  This is my bank. And it has been through 3 name changes over the past 10-12 yrs. The tellers are very polite & quick moving to get you in & out as fast as possible so even when there is a line-you are not in the.bank very long. If you need help from someone behind a desk your wait is short & the help they give is extensive. I love this bank!

  I have no idea what's going with her, I think she's one of the manager in there, her name is Chrissy? well first I got issue with the deposit atm machine outside of their bank, it took $160 dollar but did not deposited and gave me this paper to open up a case with the bank. I came in the next day to talk to someone that could help. I sat at her desk for 10minutes in silent because she had to do her thing on the computer, she told me it had to be investigated before they can return that money to my bank, and it will take 10days. Well I waited for over 10days and nothing done, I called her, she said they still working on it. Then I called customer service, everything solved within the next hour! what was the point talking to her? 2nd time, I went in to add my husband name to my checking account, and order some checking. She happily confirmed everything is on its way, a new debit card for him and checking book will arrive within the next 10days. Now it had been over 2 weeks. Nothing came. I just called the customer service again. Yet, once again she didn't do it. His name got added to the account, but no order were submitted as requested. We were just wasted our time waiting for nothing over the past 2 weeks? So what's really going on with her? Next time if I have to go there for anything, I would have to ask for another manager because nothing was done with her. WORST EXPERIENCED EVER!

  Awful customer service. It was quarter to 5 when I entered. Close to closing time. I was ignored by multiple employee's. Everyone kept there head down and ignored me. One gentleman walked right by as I was trying to get his attention. I just wanted to know what I needed to bring tomorrow to open an account.

  The worst customer service. My checking account was opened in another Citizens Bank branch with the zipcode 18951. My ID has the zipcode 19134. Since both did not match up, they refused to let me withdraw the money even I already swiped my card and entered the PIN number correctly. Told them if that is the issue, I would use the ATM outside. I, however, talked to the tellers because I need large bills. After hearing that I could withdraw from ATM outside, they rolled their eyes at me with an attitude on their face. I have no trouble using other Citizens Bank branches anywhere but this branch. This is absolutely ridiculous.

  Customer service is the BEST. Citizens always resolve my electronic problems and our tellers are always on point... Thank You

  Avoid this branch and institution. They charge $7.00 to cash their own checks. That's is down right greedy.

  Great customer service. Went in for a home loan, and they made it a stress free process..
