      Not only are most of the staff extremely rude, except for Rachel, but they give you incorrect information when you open an account, and will close your account with zero prior warning or any valid reason, beware if you plan on having an actual bank to use! In addition, the debit card that they say works anywhere in the country, on the Internet, and internationally, is an outright lie. I tried to use the debit card on multiple occasions, and NONE of them worked! It is a disgrace to use the MasterCard logo! There is no other bank in this town, but trust me, you're better off driving 40 miles and going into Amarillo, then to try to deal with these rude inconsiderate liars.
