      I went to ACFCU today, hesitant on whether I wanted this to be my primary bank. I was met with Katie Barden. Katie was exceptional, she provided me with all the information to relieve all my doubts and was funny, intellectual, and heart warming. She really knows how to make you feel at home in a professional environment. Thank you ACFCU and thank you Katie for being my Bank.

      The slowest afcu in town. Every week it takes about 30 mins to deposit a check. Even if I'm the 2nd car in line. Western is way quicker so the trip might be worth it time wise. Today I've been in line for about 20 mins with 1 car in front of me. So I guess I have extra time to write a bad review for them. Please fix this problem

      I guess they only ever have 1 person working the entire drive through here. Been here 4 weeks in a row.. Even if I'm the only car here it's 15 to 30 min wait to deposit a single check. And there's no in person tellers inside.. It's a very strange bank.. I can't say much about their services as I don't bank here.. But the drive through and speed of service is horrid enough that I never would consider banking with them.

      I try to keep my business local but with a credit union that does not care about their own local folks, why even bother. Big national banks will treat you better. Not even sure why i’m still banking with them. My only regret is not being able to leave ZERO STARS.
