  Update I didn't apply for your apartments. I wouldn't pay to live on one of your properties. You need to work on your reading comprehension. The housing crisis in America is frightening. I complained to one of their properties regarding their practice of spamming Craigslist. I was ignored. I then composed an email to Cirrus Asset Management. They ignored me as well. It's hard enough to find an apartment these days without having to deal with this kind of asshattery. Where is the respect and integrity that you proudly proclaim on your website? Why is an Autistic person explaining to you how to do better? 🤯😡

  This company has no structure . They've been dodging and weaving my living situation. Grimy company . We have rats and Rhodens at tierra del sol apartment complex . We have cloudy water with no pressure . We haven't got any help for two months . Regional manner has told us nothing but lies . You can never contact anybody at the corporatio office . Complete nightmare . Clearly don't live up to company vision

  Absolutely unprofessional, incompetent and useless management. We’ve been following up on basic maintenance request for a week now and all they do is schedule it but no one shows up. Especially tough dealing with someone named Gilbert Burciaga. Stay away if you can!

  Working with the folks at Cirrus Asset Management as an industry partner has been a truly wonderful experience. The team there is always highly responsive, engaged, and pleasant to interact with. They are consistently focused on learning about all aspects of our product offerings and actively trying to help their property teams succeed through the use of our automation software.   At 11928 Darlington Ave the manager dumps his trash around the trash bin, there is always pile of trash at the parking lot with a bad odor that attracts flies and other insects.

  This company grossly abuses the rights of its tenants. I don't understand why the CA Department of Real Estate hasn't shut them down. Their consistent abuse is readily apparent in all their online reviews. UPDATE: I was a resident of the Vines at Riverpark in Oxnard. I just contacted Cirrus directly, regarding their LIBELOUS RESPONSE, and no one took my call. Their Better Business Bureau rating is an F with 13 complaints in the last 3 years. Am I making that up too, Cirrus?

  Never would answer any complaints or correspondence... they didn't do anything for us when there was a fire upstairs. We had severe water damage and all they did was put Industrial machines in our apartment on my electric bill and didn't want to reimburse me for it. It was 90 degrees in our apartment and they expected my roommate and my boyfriend and I to stay in one room for over a month. It was truly a nightmare staying at 5119 Maplewood Apartments.

  As it relates to Axiom Westwood, specifically 555 Levering- water to entire building is shut off multiple times a year, scummy handling of security deposit return. The managers you deal with direct are fine I suppose, but they deliver the company line which is garbage. Look elsewhere.
