      I had the unfortunate privilege to deal with this company when the buyers chose them as a mortgage broker. I’m in title. Very unprofessional and seemed like they didn't know what they were doing. Buyers were purchasing a home in Texas and since they are located in California, had no idea about Texas rules and regulations. We had to go back and forth SEVERAL times and explain to them why certain things cannot be done. Impossible things. Their excuse was always, "well in California..." okay but we're NOT in California. Each state has their own set of rules and regulations in real estate. They dropped the ball several times and I had a couple of rude exchanges from someone on their staff. I will never recommend any of my clients or anyone that I know to this company. How they're still in business is beyond me. Not to mention the company AmWest that they work with, both companies had no idea what they were doing. We closed the buyers at 10 am, it's now 4:18 pm and still no funding authorization nor their additional wire, since their initial wire was short. Don't get me started on that situation either. Had to literally argue and do the math for these folks as to why the wire was short. Both, especially Bankers Xpress were very unorganized, unprofessional, and had no knowledge in anything they were doing. Stay away folks! Beware!

      Bankers Xpress took the time to help me process my parents home refinance. Toufiq was key in helping us consolidate Two home loans and some of credit card debt into one Home Loan and at the same time reduced the amount we payed towards our mortgage.       Very small company with about 10 people. The Top CEO and some of the staff are very unprofessional. Very shady business with regard to the Income and assets provided by some of the brokers. Income and Assets keeps changing from the initial stage until the funding. Very shady gift letters. At least 40% of the borrowers\co –borrowers are in nail\Salon business?? Will not disclose about benefits until you are hired. Got to watch and DO NOT LEAVE YOUR CURRENT JOB in order to join BankersXpress. THINK TWICE AND GO WITH YOUR GUT!!
