  Holly, April, Maddy, and Haley… all the girls are always so helpful and eager to accommodate in anyway possible. I’m there several days through out the week for business and they are always so courteous when I come in. They always ask about my day, my weekend etc. Always very professional. They recently trained Judy and she had done a great job as well. I’ve had this account since I was 14 years old and I’ll be 44 this year. I can’t imagine having to bank anywhere else at this point! They feel more like friends!

  Worst bank I have used for business. They constantly are locking my account on authorized advertising charges. This causes my advertising to lock up and freeze for sometimes 24-48 hours. After 10+ times calling and "fixing" it they still cannot do their job right. They tend to hold checks to clear much longer than other banks I have used. Even for serious issues, if you go in you may be told to "make an appointment" leaving your issue unsolved till the following day. If you need a serious business account, for a serious business. Don't use Cinfed.

  What kind of a bank doesn’t let you open an account?! I brought my kids in to open accounts for all of us and they turned us away. Ridiculous. What kind of a bank doesn’t have enough staff to open accounts?! *edited to add the bank was EMPTY. So nice excuse, but no. It wasn’t busy. At All!*

  I love this bank. I have banked at other banks which were also good but Cinfed is absolutely amazing. They are very courteous in all they do and go above and beyond to make sure anything and everything is taken care of down to the dot. The staff our very very respectful and make you feel at ease this is how banking is supposed to be.

  I am amazed at the level of professionalism, sociability, and excellence of the women who work here. We worked primarily with Ashlee and she did everything in her power to make us feel like family, as did the other women working there. I highly recommend this bank and look forward to walking in their doors, seeing their smiling faces and watching the joy on our kids faces, as they proudly walk over to deposit money into their new accounts. They (as were we) were guided throughout this process, very thoroughly and thoughtfully. Thank you all for an awesome experience!

  In this unprecedented time we are in with a world wide Pademic it is both disheartening and sad that the Credit Union can not remove fees of $30 for a $1.07 charge on my account. I was laid off due to the Pademic and my family is struggling. I have not received an unemployment check in months yet when I call what I thought was the people's credit union I am turned down.

  Great place to bank. People are very personable. They remember things about you and seem to genuinely care about you & how they can help. Been banking with them thru their main office since 1978. Would recommend to everyone.

  Did a night deposit and the machine froze , eh shorted me 20 and I called them 4 times and only got 1 callback . The ft Wright branch is much better . Considering switching banks. The machine faulted and I got shorted . BS (Resolved advice issue, shouldn’t take a poor google review to get a call)

  Been with them for 30 years. The Florence office has been there for us through many tough times, and for the good times. They call us by name and us them. We fully trust them with our assets as they trust us. There is None Better.

  If you travel they will shut your card off for fraud. You have to call to have it released and then turn it on only to be labeled fraud on next swipe it will labeled as fraud again to which you call in to have it released over and over. I placed notations on my account stating I would be traveling, then told them I have dual residency and this does not work either. Save yourself the hassle go to another bank or Credit Union.
