Steve Cooper1I went to take out $9,000 for a used vehicle and they refused to give me my money. They offered me a cashier check and said they didn't have the cash available. So I lost the purchase of the vehicle and now I have moved to ECU banking. A bank that won't give you your cash, how crazy is that ? Two months later Region's has turned me in to a collection agency for $62 dollars. Their way of getting even for me taking out my $30,000.Still trying to find out why. They are a bunch of A holes.

Jace Prater1Poor corporate services. Sarah is great and tried. But corporate wouldn't allow a refund. So I rate this bank very poor. Because a mistake was made by the computer system and a merchant and I have to do all the leg work. Regions will no refund me until I drive 15 minutes away for get a statement from the merchant for them. Costing me more money. This is very poor service. I am looking into closing not only my account. But also closing a not-for-profit account and having a friend close his business account that I recommended. But because they cant assist me in this it is very poor service of Regions.

Jackson Hester1wouldn’t even exchange currency from pounds to cash without mailing it to the UK and charging a ridiculous fee. ECU, BB&T, and First Horizon are far more helpful when it comes to dealing with foreign currency. they get you money the next day, for no fee if you’re an ECU member

Jim Liskay2I've been with this bank since 2018 and have had the following issues: constant turn over in bank contact person (never know who to call), no branch close to me for ATM withdrawals, mobile banking issues (tried multiple times to deposit a check and would not accept; one instance mobile banking access was down for over a week) and most recently went into the branch to sign loan documents and when the Regions banker went to make copies he came back and was confused as to the which were the originals and which were the copies and asked me if I could help identify them. Had to re-sign documents due to an error by Regions that inconvenienced me. Asked what was incorrect in the initial document and no one could tell me. Considering moving my business elsewhere.

michelle Burkett1Just a horrible place to bank with. The customers service will be rude and unable to answer any simple questions for you. The bank will wait three days to process any payroll or personal check even if all parties are with regions banking. They are slow, they are inefficient, and they do not care at all about our finances or livelihood. Please everyone do yourself a favor and AVOID REGIONS. Closing my accounts ASAP!

100 Store1The tellers always seem bothered that I come to get change for business, and it's never large amounts, and it's not a daily thing. They've complained because we give them too many deposits at once. They're extremely slow even when I'm the only customer. Avoid this bank.

J Self1Tried to cash a check given to me by an account holder. Because I don't have an account here they said I would need to give them my thumb print and pay a fee to cash the check. Why would I give them part of the money I worked so hard for?

Adam Berryhill1Corporate Regions does not have its customers best interest at heart. I’d highly recommend a credit union or better big bank.
