  STAFF IS GREAT, FRIENDLY, KIND, PLACE LOOKS GREAT!! GLAD TO SEE THEY TOOK OVER THE OLD BANKS SPOT! From the VP down, interacted with everyone and it was top notch from the word go!! Wont be the last mortgage I take out and service with them!

  Not sure what’s going on with the other reviews -this is one of the few banks that I’ve felt welcomed in and treated like a normal person from the 1st day I opened my account. Fast and friendly tellers and managers. 👍🏾👍🏾

  Frank Gorassi, one of their agents, took all my information and submitted my application for my pre-approval. This was back in March 2021. Frank initially responded to my inquiries, saying that he was waiting to hear back, however it is now late June 2021 and Frank has completely ignored all communication with me. I never heard back from him again after MULTIPLE phone, email, and call attempts. Extremely unprofessional and a waste of time.
