  Worst experience ever!. Rude and clueless employees. Took 2 people trying 3 different diamond pens to authenticate that my ring had genuine diamonds in it. They didn't even have batteries for the diamond tester. Not only that , this rat's nest Pawn Shop only writes collateral loans on gold jewelry. Imagine that , this day and age. I have a NIKON camera kit that I wanted a loan on. There was a woman in the next window over that said that as soon as she get's her *tax* refund she is pulling out all her jewelry and bringing it across the street to Pawn Rite Pawnbrokers ( where I did take out a collateral a loan on my NIKON and was very pleased ) and then she is taking a vacay to Bubyeeee ;-)

  I called the pawn shop to inquire about my pledge the guy who answered was so rude and unhelpful didn't answer my question. Then when I went in apparently he was the only person they have working there I had no choice but to go to him and again very rude didn't even allow me to finish my question before giving an answer. He has no customer service attitude he should not be working attending to people.

  Been going there for years. I love the 6 months to pay in full & the interest is not bad either. The only thing is the customer service. One of the women there particularly has a very nasty attitude! Even her "HI" is very rude. She was also very defensive when i ask her a question. Very unfriendly! Mostly the women are the mean one. Other than that, it's great!! LMAOO

  Best pawn shop in Brooklyn rates are excellent check it out and for the record they give you xtra time to pick up your jewelry!

  went to get cash took my diamond ring i paid 2000 dollars for it and they must taught i dont know jewerly tried to offer me 150 like i was desperate never again
