  Horrible service THE LEVEL OF INCOMPITANCE IS UNREAL!!! I WILL BE CHANGEING BANKS BECAUSE OF AN ASSOCIATE KARLINE AND THE MANAGER MARGARET LEACOCK...I HAVE BEEN HAVING PROBLEMS HERE SINCE 2018 AND HAVE BEEN TRYING TO AVOID THIS BRANCH AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE . I HAVE TO BANK OUTSIDE OF MY NEIGHBORHOOD ! OUTRAGEOUS IM DONE WITH THIS BANKING COMPANY AS A WHOLE . PAPER FEE,DORMAINT FEE, CLOSING THE WRONG ACCOUNTS, NOT BEING ABLE TO BANK ONLINE BECAUSE IT UPDATES SLOW????

  Trash bank. Don’t bother opening an account here. I lost a 100k deal because I stopped in to do a transaction that should have taken 5 minutes but it too 1 hour! Incompetency is rampant at this bank. They made me late for this appt. Only reason I said I had to complete the transaction. I ordered checks and they got the order wrong 3 times! Had to re order 3 times! They want to apologize everything away. Apologizes don’t work when money is on the line. Don’t do it...there’s plenty of other banks.

  Friendly staff love them. They are always greeting you with a smile and always offer you coffee or water. Great location. Great customer service. Would give a 5 star if the ATM works better,the machine don't take more that 3-4 bills at a time when th hi it said it does and after that it reject every bill placed in afterwords.

  I went here to cash a check. Waited 40 mins at the teller window for "verification". The bank's back office decided to call the police before they got full verification from all account holders, almost got arrested. A bunch of BS apologizes after.

  The Supervisor was very professional went step by step to make sure we understood everything about my account, she is very friendly
