RushShooting 679131They are not the same bank. Computer system recognizes when your account is low and hammers you with charges as soon as your account is low. Also how do debit transactions pend for one to two weeks when your account is low but when there is money in there it’s one to two days. We are switching soon to another bank. Used to be a great bank now setup to be a money making cash cow at the expense of the people.

Stephen Jarvis1Avoid. This is not a typical Credit Union. Per a conversation as of today they are planning to institute a $1.00 fee for their checking accounts as of Jan 2022. Per the conversation with the individual, I had mentioned reducing their "Apple Store" look of their branches to save money versus taking it from ALL checking accounts on a monthly basis. They should be made to remove their Credit Union Status as CU are supposed to be more community friendly and not charge fees. Be consciously aware of their spending. They can't even make their mobile deposit work, but they are going to charge a monthly fee. Go figure.

Kevin Hines5This is by far the best banking institution that I've ever encountered ! Always get outstanding service and every employee is top notch. I was in desperate need of a loan to close on my new home. It was done in record time. I will never leave this credit union.

Jacie Walker1Started charging $1/month fee to support the community. This is an undisputed charge that you can't fight. This month it's a $1 who's to keep them from raising the amount they are going to take every month. I do plenty to support my community and I don't need my bank all of sudden deciding what I should do with my money. I did not agree to this. Should be an option to donate.This place is willing the "help" the community but only with our money. How do you know the people you're taking this money from aren't those same families who are struggling to support their families. I have banked here for almost 10 years and this will be the reason I am closing my account here.

Ko Kidd1Don’t use this bank. It’s a constant problem. But don’t worry though they have a fancy tv screen in their lobby that’ll take all the problems away! Lol this place is a joke. If they mess up it takes days to weeks to fix, oh and you can’t use your card the whole time! but if you mess up they’ll make sure to penalize you right then and there! Stephen Paul5I wanted to share a review after working with two amazing people at the credit union. The local branch was non responsive and I had issues. However, Michelle and Rhonda jumped in during the problem and were FANTASTIC! They went above and beyond to help me with my issues and created a rapport with me so I feel great with the credit union.

ethan sokol1Very very unhappy with this bank. Tried to get help multiple times with setting up an auto pay of a loan out of another bank account but every time I asked about it I was given a different story. And no help. Also had multiple occasions when I would go to make a monthly payment on a day of the week when there was no holidays and the bank would be closed. Very poor service and very unhappy.

Michelle Clark1If you have to call you get people who do not work at the bank, have no knowledge of ANYTHING, can't even connect you to the actual bank. Took out ATMs except one IN the bank and it won't accept deposits. Used to be good but since becoming Chrome it's awful.

roy hall1This place has gotten to the point were there is no personal touch. When you walk in and it’s morning, the loan offerer only has one appointment but won’t be able to handle another in the next hour and 15 min. There is a problem. I guess that’s why they haven’t gotten my last three loans. Bottom line, if you need a loan the same day don’t bother just go someplace else. You’ll need to setup an appointment for the next week, get online fill out forms, wait for a call or email and by them... well whos got the time for that !!!... and yes before it became Chrome I could walk in and walk out with a check in less than 30 min. !!
