  This location has employees that refuse to help with card services or ordering replacement cards to be mailed, they will refer you to the corporate 800 number. However, other branches are willing to help with no problem.

  Poor. Teller flat out lied to me. I went in to deposit my paycheck at 11am (so, pretty well before noon, not even like it was the end of the day) and waited in line for about fifteen or maybe twenty minutes. When my turn came around, I went up to the teller desk/counter and endorsed my paycheck, handed the guy my ID and debit card, he looked up the account and did the deposit slip. When that was all done, he asked if I had any questions, I asked if the money was available immediately or not. He said "There's $100 in there available right now, the rest will clear at midnight". I checked repeatedly for the rest of the day and there was never $100 available, and it's after midnight now with no changes. So not only is my check not available as of midnight, not even the $100 that was supposedly available "right away" is there. Again, to be clear, it is now the time at which I'm supposed to have ALL the money, and I don't even have the tiny bit I was told was available as of 11am, over thirteen hours ago. If you need to deposit a check, don't bother - just use their (terrible, constantly broken) app. Even though the app is bad and always needs updated, at least you won't be standing around in line to get lied to, and you'll at least know you won't be getting your money right away.

  Don't bother calling this branch. You will be on hold waiting for a customer service representative for an hour. Why have the option to speak to one if no one is ever going to answer the phone? Any other bank I've used I can speak to someone at the branch within minutes. PNC doesn't seem to know the meaning of customer service.

  Horrible customer service experience! They wouldn't give me my money in my account! At the spot the teller's supervisor created some falsified rules and reasons! Wasted so much time just waiting for them to say NO! I was able to withdraw money from my account at another branch with no questions asked! On top of it, while we were waiting at the teller's, the manager of this supervisor managed to walk outside of her office just to take a look at us to decide if they would approve our request or not. Can you imagine? I thought that we live in XXI century, and these barbarians treat us like this. Yes, I am a foreigner and I speak with accent, but it doesn't give anyone a right to make decision by looking at my appearance. I bet these two gals never went outside of Washington PA. What a pity....

  I had to drop in here one time for something. Upon entering, I was greeted by a nice woman who asked if I need help so I went up to the teller's desk, waited a few minutes but the service was excellent. Nice, clean bank too!

  these people are idiots. I went in to pay off an outstanding balance I had from a few years ago and spent 45 minutes there before paying off because not one of them people there knew how to pay it off. If you cant do your job then why are you there? PNC is outrageous and would not recommend.

  If I could give this place a zero I would!!! Whoever does the schedule needs to be fired! You don't have 2 tellers on a Friday afternoon.... Pay day!! 15 people in line behind me and 8 people behind tellers windows!!!

  Love this bank! I can deposit a check friday night, and first thing Saturday morning is available to me. Very convenient, always been helpful to me.

  Excellent service and always enough people working in my experience there. This branch is top notch and I have been banking with PNC for many years in several different states.
