  This agent acted like scam business. I called them for the quote and Brandon Lee gave to me the quote was $664 and then behind my back they charged my Escrow company was $762 without notify me. When I saw my house payment was higher then my loan officer told me and don't understand why. I called my loan officer and found out that this agent charged me more what they told me. I don't like to write this but I want everyone know and be careful of this office. They tried to get customer money as much as they can because they knew we are so busy life and don't pay attention of their act. When I called them to ask why? They were lair all the way and twisting the story that they haven't charging yet but they don't really know I have the email from Escrow and my Loan office show me the bill from Christy Lee office. DON'T USE THIS AGENT BECAUSE YOU WILL BE THE NEXT VICTIM....HORRIBLE AGENT.....SCAM BUSINESS....

  Great auto insurance rate and also home insurance rate are great as well. I was getting good information for the life insurance as well. Great agency, highly recommended

  This has to be one of the shadiest insurance agent I've experienced with. When my original insurance agent passed away, my account and many others from the office were transferred to Christy's office. When I ask where my point of contact is (of over 20+ years) went, they lied to me and told me they retired because they're too old now to operate the "technology" to convince me to stay with them when in fact their own agents in this office doesn't know how to create proper paperwork and messed up my home insurance coverage. There are plenty of other trust worthy State Farm Agents around the area, stay away from this one.

  Ive been looking for a car insurance and I found StateFarm of Christy Lee. My agent is Reean and shes been the best and the most hopeful agent that I ever had. From a fast transaction for auto insurance to a very smooth credit card application. And most importantly I value their life insurance, its affordable and everything is well explained with Reean as my agent, she explained everything that after our meeting I felt like I can be an agent myself. I recommend Christy Lee of StateFarm and look for Reean. All my finances are with them, may it be checking, savings, credit cards, auto and life insurance.
