  I want say thank you to Mindy what a outstanding customer service I applied online receive an email to called and had an awesome loan officer she was very responsive Trust me less than 2days loan was approved and funded in 2 days no way but guys this is the exceptional customer service of an employee.I can go on and on but guys stop going to the big banks Cusc is very good and fast and they have all the technology they are so fast and you wouldn’t even wait when you go to the branch. Thank you for consolidating my loan for me in less than 24hrs never happened to me.You are the best Thank you Mindy

  Love coming to this bank, the staff is always all smiles. It's like the good old days of banking . They actually look and act like they care about you, and not that they just care about your money. Most Banks thru the years have just become so robotic . The staff just sends you to a machine, and sometimes you just want some human interaction in your life.

  I appreciate the Credit Union of Southern California. This branch in particular is usually empty, which is a plus but if there is maybe another banker , your voice will be heard and it is awkward sharing personal info and or money numbers.

  I was in an 2000 Honda Accord, I was having so many problems with my car and tired of spending my money at the mechanics .I came into this branch in need of a new car and wanting to get pre-approved for an auto loan. I spoke with Vee and told her what I was looking for and she made it happen. she is awesome amazing takes the time with you and also moves fast which i like. I was approved same day and started the process looking for a car. If i had any problems I was able to call her and she would assist me. Ryan Peoples was my loan specialist and appreciated his patience we got thru the process pretty fast which I appreciate . After a couple of days I got my new car 2015 Toyota Camry xse with only 30,000 miles and I was completely satisfied with the outcome. If you are ever looking for a car go to Vee she will definitely help you. Thank you so much for your help Vee and Ryan Peoples.

  I hate coming here because the fat lady who is the manager of the bank is very surly ... I understand their job needs to be done but if it wasn't for us who use the courtesy with a fee of 30$ everytime it's used they wouldn't make money..
