  My vehicle had hail damage and I decided to take it to this place, because it's a place my insurance ranks as a good place. Well, let me tell you. They are the worst when it comes to communication. They only want more money so they duke the insurance company for all they can. They have lied to me several times, and they are holding my car hostage. I am going to find upper management, an attorney, and/or the media to look into this. Every week the lady has given me dates to release my car and have not lived up to it. They do not car about your livelihood. They only care about money. The more time your car is there the more money they can keep requesting. Think twice before taking it there. Get things in writing beforehand. Every time we have had communication, it was because I called or dropped by. I am so over this place. Send me a message and I will give you names of who I dealt with and to stay away. Horrible customer relations.

  Rolando Marsh helped with my son's first car and I felt so much anxiety because of the fact my son wanted the color red, and we found the same car in the color blue with 30k less miles, it was a few thousand more but i was not going to make a purchase over a color. I was getting ready to leave and Mr. Marsh told me to give him a few minutes talking with my Son , my son was given some words of wisdom and we purchased the blue car :) Mr Marsh was not a pushy used car salesman he was treating us like we were family :) thank you -

  I was sold a RAM truck a year or so ago at Christopher Dodge. Christopher Dodge assured me that the discounted price was enough to offset the hail damage the truck got on their lot. The truck is now $12000 plus in negative equity and has had nothing but mechanical problems on top of the negative equity. They lied to me and I wouldn't even contemplate asking them to fix what they did because they would try to pull another fast one. Beware of buying a used car from them and definitely don't buy hail damaged one because they lie and don't care about their customers.

  Hai knew exactly what I was looking for and did not waste anytime in setting me up with a 2020 Dodge Ram. Chad did an excellent job on his end. These two are extremely friendly and get they get things done. Thank you for making my experience as painless as possible!

  Phil was absolutely great and professional from beginning to end. After searching up and down for the perfect truck Phil helped us get the perfect match without having to haggle back and forth on price.   Better record any over the phone quotes or get them in writing or you will be dubbed the one who is incorrect. Also assume that your vehicle will be in the shop no less three days for a “maintenance” issue that will go unresolved so they can charge you for doing recalls. I can assure that I will not support this dealership or tell anyone I know to either.

  Worst experience ever at a dealership!!! Accused me of not knowing two days ago was last day of month and should have accepted offer then. Now two days later price is increased because they do not have an urgency to meet quotas. Trust, loyalty, integrity and the whole honor system is lost at Christopher Dodge World. Professionalism is also lost with lies from salesman. Save yourself the time and do business elsewhere.

  I recently purchased a new 2017 Ram 1500. My sales associate was Katrina Schmidt. This is my second time purchasing a vehicle from this location. Katrina made my experience so easy. She narrowed down my search very quickly and we were test driving my vehicle within minutes. She put zero pressure on me during the entire process. I really hope she is still working there when I come back to by my third vehicle from them. Thanks Katrina!!!!
