  Jon was very helpful to us as first time home buyers. We are extremely happy with our experience with Jon and our new home. We didn't really understand the process, but Jon made sure that we understood everything that was going on. He was very responsive and made himself available often so that we could see houses in a timely manner. We never felt pressured to buy a home, and he was very honest to help us choose a home that was right for us and within our budget. We would highly recommend Jon or his company.

  Jon was our realtor and from our first initial meeting to the very end he was wonderful to work with. My husband and I were looking for our first home and were new to the process.   My husband and I cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience working with Jon. Jon is the ultimate professional with a wide range of expertise and knowledge. Jon helped us buy our dream home. The sale was not as straightforward as past home purchases we had gone through but whenever we had a question, he was always available to hop on the phone and speak to us. When we had a few concerns after our home inspection, Jon went above and beyond to ensure we had all our bases covered and that we felt comfortable moving forward. Jon made the experience wonderful from end to end and we would never use or recommend anyone other than Jon! We are clients for life.

  Before we started working with Jon, I saw that he had a ton of excellent reviews.- almost suspiciously so in their quantity and level of praise. I was skeptical that anyone could live up to that degree of acclaim but he was recommended to us by a friend so we gave it a go. Jon's knowledge of the market, proficiency with sales strategies, and confidence along the way was invaluable. Our buying experience with the sellers was incredibly difficult. The sellers were unprepared at every step, their agent inept and overwhelmed, and every day that passed presented more unexpected challenges and deceptive communications from the sellers' side. Augmenting this situation was the fact that this was occurring in March, right as COVID was beginning to wreak havoc with everyone's plans, but Jon, Madeline, and the rest of the CRES team were incredibly dedicated to getting our sale finalized. I honestly don't know what we would have done if we'd been working with other realtors, but I'm certain it would not have concluded as well as it did. Jon was also amazing with the sale of our old house. Given the COVID environment, Jon was prepared with a virtual home tour plan to overcome the obvious challenge of showing houses during global pandemics. Being able to adapt quickly and anticipate market needs meant that Jon was able to list our house at the worst possible time and still receive an over-list offer in hand 36 hours later. So yeah, here's another 5 star review and glowing endorsement. CRES deserves it and I couldn't be happier to recommend him. As cheesy as it sounds, we really felt like Jon was more of a friend who was helping us sell our house, rather than an agent working for his clients. My wife and I were a little bummed when things were finalized because it meant an end to our regular chats with Jon!

  If you are looking for someone who takes care of it ALL for you then Jon is your guy! Jon helped with every aspect of building our home from picking the lot, design, inspection, and closing. He was always available to us and honestly always a step ahead! Jon made building our dream home truly a DREAM!!

  My wife and I met Jon Christopher almost 2 years ago in search for a home in Pennsylvania. Being out of state it was tricky and difficult but Jon always accommodated us when we were able to come from Virginia even at the last minute. He worked relentlessly in identifying the right properties for us to see and gave us in-depth description with pros and cons of each house. Jon’s knowledge of the home construction business and his keen eye for details is remarkable. He is very patient and understanding and always looked for our best interest. When we found the house we finally decided to buy, Jon was always there every step of the way to make sure everything is taken care of. Jon is AMAZING!!! Very knowledgeable, professional, efficient, courteous, honest, filled with positive enthusiasm and always smiling. We recommend him 500%!!!!!

  Jon is a true professional and great to work with whether you are buying or selling. I've done both in the last few months and couldn't be more grateful or appreciative for Jon's attention to detail and experience in real estate. He took care of everything so that I could still concentrate on work and my family. I am so pleased with his efficiency in selling my house and the quick manner in which it occurred. Jon was on vacation when an offer was made on the house I was selling yet, he scheduled conference calls, took care of paperwork and dealt with everything as if he was in his office. Jon is extremely organized and will keep you up to date every step of the way. I highly recommend Jon and Christopher Real Estate Services.

  People kept telling us how much stressful work it would be buying our first house, which means they obviously didn't work with Jon. From day one to closing he had us organized and clear on everything we needed and where our expectations should land. When we got into the thick of negotiations he had our back. It was unsurprising to see how many of his clients became his friends - he is as warm and personable as he is professional and adept at realty. Given the chance I'd choose him to represent us again and again, and rest well knowing no other agent would have produced as successful of an outcome.

  Jon did an excellent job serving as our real estate agent. He was recommended by my sister who he helped buy/sell their previous home. He is extremely knowledgeable and has a background in construction which is useful when looking at possible renovations. He also has a detailed eye and noticed issues in a home that I would have otherwise missed. I was buying from 2 hours away, and he was always able to accommodate my hectic schedule. He even worked during his vacation Thanksgiving week to help us put an offer on a house. That house deal fell through, but Jon stayed positive. We found our current home 2 days later, and it is our dream home! Jon was able to get the house even though there were 2 other offers on it. The Philadelphia area is a tough market, but Jon made the process easy and stress free. I would highly recommend Jon's services.
