  We had a great experience with John Coneys & Stacey Kracht at Freedom Mortgage. John was friendly, professional, and responsive from the first contact and Stacey helped us to navigate the underwriting process with ease. We had a 30-day close so things moved quickly and the online tools made the process of sharing documents very easy. Stacey was quick to respond to questions and very pleasant during every interaction. The closing was efficient and smooth. They made the process stress free for us and we are grateful!

  I was lied to about a credit check for my refinance. Ken told my wife and I, on different occasions, that they did not need to check our credit for the refinance and they did check it. Before we even agreed to the refinance! The original mortgage process was good up until the dollar amounts became inconsistent. I was also given a closing amount that was about $300 lower than what I actually had to bring. When I spoke with Ken and we discussed numbers, I asked why there was such a big difference. He told me "Andrew must have rushed the number for the sake of saving time". At this point I was stuck in the process. Ken Jordan answers all of my questions very quick. I appreciate that but I cant trust the answers he provides.

Once I started working with Stephen, I must say, I concur completely. Stephen responded to text messages, phone call and emails immediately. This is my third time buying a home and my last mortgage application was twenty-three years ago. I did not remember a lot about buying my last home so I needed expert help with the finances.
