  Christopher Kisch and his staff are really friendly and kind. They are willing to take the time and explain any questions you might have. I want to say thank you to Thomas for his time with helping me learn the house policy and car insurance and a extra protection policy to cover both. Thank you for your help and great service!   You simply can’t find better service in any industry then the crew from the South St Paul office, Annette in particular. In these times, trying to get a question answered or a simple inquiry about your account might route you to India. With this agent you still get old school service and an informed rep will answer your call on the 2nd ring. Top shelf in my book !

  I moved into SSP almost 18 years ago. Chris Kisch was local and his staff were very accommodating for a first time home buyer looking for insurance. At 22 years old it was a big decision and I clearly made a great choice. I have referred many people to go to Chris, and Chris has made himself available when I needed him most! I had a house fire almost 12 years ago (on a Sunday) and I was scared and didn’t know what to do. Chris came to meet me to help.
