  Archer Exteriors is top notch. Very organized and ALWAYS communicated what they were going to do next and when they were going to do it. Very professional. We were very impressed with every part of the roof replacement. I would not hesitate to use Archer Exteriors again. Great customer service and a quality result.

  It is rare for me to use contractors for anything; whatever I can’t do on my own, I generally have plenty of personal contacts who can assist. At the recommendation of my insurance broker, I met with Archer Exteriors to evaluate my roof. The experience was amazing. They were prompt, open, and most of all they were honest. The rep, Randy, walked me through the whole insurance process, took care of any hiccups and stuck be their estimates even when my insurance company changed their appraisal. The crew was also fantastic. I can not believe how fast they worked and how polite they were to my family; for example, when my wife was leaving and returning with the kids in the minivan, they stopped their work and checked the driveway for any debris without us even asking. They cleaned up when they finished and then returned one more time that evening to check again and once more the next day. And, the roof looks beautiful. Great prices, great service. I will absolutely be using them again to replace our siding.

  Overall great service and communication! The roofers did an excellent job. Randy did an excellent job answering all my questions and keeping me informed along the way. Steve did a great job of prep and clean up. Thanks to everyone involved.

  Replaced roof. Did excellent work. When finished multiple teams did clean up and the pick up of materials. Everything done as promised!

  Our home was burglarized and other companies said it would be 10-12 weeks to get a replacement door ordered and installed. Ben with Archer Exteriors got us a door and installation done in less than a week. Very easy to communicate and very responsive too! Edited: I have updated my review in light of communication issues with the contractor that we have had repeatedly, both over the course of the summer as well as recently. Although I cannot fault them for the quick ease of working with them in the beginning, I would certainly say do not pay them until every bit of the work is done, as it took months for the final last touches of framing to get done (completed in July when our project was started in January/February) after we paid them for the entirety of the project. Now we have had issues with our new storm door and our contractor either does not respond to my messages or he says he will come out and then he doesn't follow through. This experience has been frustrating to say the least.

  We highly recommend Archer Exteriors for the work we had done on our home. They were responsive to our request. Provided us with punctual service. The value and quality of the product (gutters for our home and garage) are fantastic!! Randy was extremely professional during all of our interactions as were the sub-contractors who did the gutter installation.

  Jerry & Joanne Stark from Prior Lake loved the work done on our roof following a recent hail storm. We had a number of storm chasers here, the day after the storm, looking for work. When Archer Exteriors representative stopped by, we were impressed. He looked at the damage and said we should call our insurance company. When they set up a time with our adjuster, he met with him and said our entire roof needed to be replaced. Archers got the necessary permits, gave us a date, and a large crew came and replaced it in a day including picking up nails & other debris. The following day a person from Archer came and inspected the job, & picked up anything that was missed and asked if we had any other concerns.

  During a storm, a big tree branch fell on to and damaged the corner of my house along with part of the roof and my deck. My insurance company was going to give me very little money to get it fixed. Chris from Archers Exterior contacted my insurance company and was able to get the money needed from them to fix my house and deck properly. Chris and all his workers went up and above any expectations that I had and I was totally amazed at the quality of work that was done. I would highly recommend Archers Exterior’s for your home projects, and I look forward to working with them again. I’m so in love with my new deck. Thanks again Chris & your crew for the awesome job.
