  We moved from Austin to Boston and were lucky enough to land in the good care of Christine Norcross and her team. They were, and still are, amazingly helpful! Chris is knowledgeable, resourceful, efficient, and kind. She calmly guided us through our frantic process of learning new neighborhoods and finding the perfect home in a dry market. She drove us through multiple towns and was always patient as we carefully evaluated the pros and cons.   My wife and I have relied on Christine Norcross and her team for our 2 most recent home sales and purchases. In both cases she got us top dollar for the sales and good deals on the purchases...including during the crazy Spring/Summer 2021 market. Christine was always there for us. She listens and understood what we were looking for. She knows her market and offered good suggestions that we might not have considered otherwise. Her team was always on top of things and was there to step in when needed. Christine and her partners are responsive, professional and are great at what they do. She also has a bottomless contact list for any of the side services you might need or want whether its a home inspector for the house under consideration or a painter to pretty up the house you are selling.   Sale of my home was STRESS FREE, fast and for more than I expected .   My father passed away a year ago and I needed to sell his house to settle his estate. Having never lived in the house, or in the area, I needed someone with local knowledge as well as an understanding of my circumstances. Christine was both. She and her team worked with me as I processed my father's estate and readied it for sale. As I had to navigate the probate courts at the same time as get my father's house ready for the market, I needed all the help I could get, and Christine was wonderful. She was a skillful negotiator as well as a reliable partner. I would recommend Christine and her team for any real estate transaction, large or small. The entire team was professional and extremely efficient. And, perhaps nicest of all, she was a friendly and supportive presence through what was a difficult personal time for me.

  I’ve had a long term relationship with Chris’ company and she/they are fantastic. She oversaw all the details of preparing our house for sale (re-doing floors, painting, junk removal) that we had arranged, we’re carried out after we had already moved out of state. We will be using her again on a rental property we own!
