  I was so happy abt.a year & a half ago to find out abt.this place,since I live 2 miles away!! The tellers had been helpful, courteous,good customer service, until in july,2021 i went in to put money on my credit card, you would think I came in to rob the place!!! I had never seen the tall white lady previously,either she hated her job,hated people of color,the full moon was out, mayby that was it!!whn she pulled up my info my mailing address on my acct.is different from my drivers license, she asked, I gave,,, I GAVE my license, etc.still she acted very unprofessional!!! if folk don't want to work, or if ruining some one else business by being unprofessional,they need to stay at home & be to themselves,no one is going to patronize that!!!!!!!! I did not get her name but do have RECEIPT!!!! if you need , on the other hand I will just go the extra mile to my credit union to have transactions done!!!!!

  My "home" credit union is too far away currently for me to make cash deposits but this location of the Christian Financial Credit Union, as a shared branch, makes it a very easy and quick process. Their staff have all been very polite, cheerful and helpful.

  This place was fine until they changed their ATM. Now, instead of simply sticking one deposit envelope with multiple checks into a slot, I have to place each check into the machine separately, click “deposit” each time, get a receipt printed out (I prefer paper receipts), and then redo the process each time. As I’m self employed, this process easily takes three times longer due to the amount of checks and it also wastes more paper due to the receipts I want printed out. This is a prime example of how technology doesn’t make things easier and a good financial institution would recognize that oftentimes, people are in a hurry and simply want to make a quick trip to the ATM. I realize that technology can be cool but there was nothing wrong with the old way of simply allowing customers to deposit envelopes. Update: the owner implied in a response to this review that there is a way to deposit multiple checks into the machine without having to click "deposit" after each one (the purpose of this would be to get one receipt showing the total of all the checks rather than a receipt for each individual check). If this is true, I have yet to find out how to do this due to the complexity of this machine.

  Hello Michael, Thank you for your feedback. We did recently make upgrades to our ATMs. The reason why you have to enter each check individually is that the ATM now scans each check for faster processing. We understand the initial process may take only a little longer, but the intent is to allow for faster processing of your deposit. You mentioned in your review that you had to select “Deposit” and “Print Receipt” between each individual check. To make this process easier for you, insert each check individually before selecting “Deposit.” Once all of your checks have been inserted, the ATM should give you a combined total for all of your checks. Then you would select “Deposit” & “Print Receipt.” I hope this helps make your check depositing a much smoother process for the future.   I’m not sure why it’s only 3 stars. Every time I go here this bank helps efficiently and immediately. Everyone here from what I’ve experienced has been kind, their customer service is on par, I would say better than other branches for sure.

  This atm captured my card after it said please wait for 10 minutes I went in the credit union and they said there’s nothing they could do This has happened twice at this atm No more will I use this place

  They chagred 5.00 iv been going their 7 years never a fee im short 5.00 now my bill going to bounce grate thank you for nothing
