  Chad could not have made the process easier. We relocated from another state, sold a house, bought a house and started a new job. Talk about stress! Chad, however, was our carefree connection as he was readily available to calm our concerns or clarify things. He is professional, knowledgeable and polite, and those attributes continued even after his own residence and community were devastated by the Nashville tornado.

  Chad is anything but a Chad. I came to SWBC looking for a better deal on my first mortgage after being referred to another lender by my realtor. Chad took the time to painstakingly lay out all options available from SWBC in a visual form (best form for me) and gave me time to ponder. This was in direct contrast to the other lender's one and done option. He was available to talk (or text) anytime I had a question. Contact Chad if you want a real person (not a robot) to talk to and give it to you straight while navigating this scary, long (30 year long, yikes!) process of buying a home.
