  I highly recommend Chris and his team. For this being my first time refinancing, I had lots of questions and he kept me well informed. Very patient, honest, and professional.   Working with Chris was such a pleasure to work with. Chris and his team are experienced in working with the clients throughout the loan approval process. He worked on getting the best rates and being transparent with all the estimates and helping to close the deal in very short time. I've had a very good experience and would definitely recommend!

  I had an amazing experience working with Chris Shumate and his team for my mortgage. I would definitely recommend them for anyone that is looking for a home. He was so calm and answered all my questions. I also never felt judged at all. Chris was matter of fact. My seller wanted close to be 25 days and he made it ahead of the deadline (I also did not drag my feet providing documents). His team was also extremely sweet to work with. Overall this experience far exceeded my expectations.

  Chris Shumate is the best. He is very attentive and patient. I asked many questions and he was always willing to take the time to not only answer my question but educate me on the process of obtaining a loan. He always called back the same day and made me feel as though I was his only customer. I would definitely recommend Chris to anyone seeking a lender.

  Chris is amazing. Every single part of the process was fantastic. Chris was not only extremely good about what he did, he was timely and supremely friendly while doing it, all while maintaining professionalism. Every single question we had was either proactively answered by Chris (most of them) or he was happy to answer whenever we asked him. Even for those annoying repeated questions we had, Chris always had a great attitude and was fantastic to speak to on the phone or over email. He took the time to explain things in a way that normal person (AKA folks who aren't financial gurus) could understand. He didn't just get the job done, he got it done while making sure we understood everything we needed to. He gave guidance where it was needed to be done, he was smart and conservative when it came to estimations, and he made sure all of our options were presented clearly. I seriously can't recommend Chris highly enough. For as long as Chris is in business, he will be my preferred and recommended go-to for getting a mortgage, hands down. I could not have asked for a more informative and smooth process. If you're looking to buy a house, definitely give Chris a call.
