  This is the sixth real-estate closing I have experienced since moving to Spring Texas in 1982, it was also our forth refinance on our home purchased in 1994. And; It was also the first real-estate closing that was handled in a professional manner from our first inquiry through last Wednesdays closing and yesterdays funding. Chris Plaza and his team of real-estate professionals did two things that set them apart from all the other companies Nancy and I have dealt with ... honesty and follow through. Everything that Chris told us, he put in writing. Everything that he said would happen, in the natural course of the approval and closing process, happened just as he specified, and he kept us in the loop both professionally and as a friend, for as our transaction flourished, so did our friendship. Nancy and I gained much more than trust and loyalty from dealing with Chris, we gained fair and honest professionalism in action.   Chris was great to work with while going through the loan process. He was very helpful walking me through the step process as they came and answered questions or concerns to my satisfaction. Chris made himself available to me whenever I needed to talk otherwise I heard from him early then next day. If you're looking for an honest, friendly and professional lender I highly recommend Chris for your home purchase or refinance.

  Chris was so very helpful throughout my (difficult!) house buying process. We had many trials with selling and buying a house, but he stuck with us and was ALWAYS on top of what was happening. I could check in with him at any time - but usually he was contacting me before I would need to. I would definitely recommend him (and have already before our house closed!!)

  Chris was awesome to work with. He got us a great rate, answered questions quickly, refreshed my memory on steps as it had been 16+ years since our last home purchase, and went above and beyond in his communication with me, my hubby and my real estate agent via email, phone and text. Even though we hit a few bumps along the way he remained positive and reassuring that all would work out and he was right...it did. I would definitely use his services again and will recommend him to anyone looking for a great loan officer.   Just did our refinance with Chris and just like our first experience, he was terrific to work with. Chris stays with you every step of the way, is honest and works to get you the best information so you can make the best decision for your loan. He makes the mortgage process easy!   I was very happy to work with Chris who gave me a rock bottom interest rate. He was diligent, quick, easily accessible even after business hours, and he gave me rock bottom closing costs too. So not only were the rates he got me well below market average, he was so easy to work with. I’m gonna enjoy taking my time paying down my mortgage at such a low rate- thanks to Chris and his expedient, expert team. 5/5.

  Chris Plaza helped refinance my house and he was awesome. He was patient and persistent. Both contradict each other but he used those qualities at the right time and didn't push me outside my comfort zone of what I wanted to do. He got my rate lowered and watched the market. He was down to earth, reliable, and timely on everything he did. He would even contact me during his PTO. I highly recommend using him on any future loans or refinance options.   Chris Helped us in refinancing our house, and he was able to give us a very good rate and lock it for the better rate at the right time. he was our Loan officer when we initially bought the house 2 years ago and then he reached out to us to let us know about the lower interest rates in the market and help us go through the refinancing process.   We are first time homeowners and Chris was extremely helpful throughout the whole process. Not only was he able to get us the best deal (actually got us a better deal than what we were anticipating) but he’s also very knowledgeable and was always willing to explain and cover every detail as many times as needed.
