Due to our situation, although everyone has a unique situation, you took what turned out to be an extremely challenging client such as myself and successfully navigated me through the process to a successful conclusion. In every single step, you proved to be friendly, patient, polite, knowledgeable, professional and consistently available to me. I can't remember the last company I dealt with that returned calls and emails in such a timely and yet efficient manner! You even personally attended and walked me through to the closing date here in a few days! What more can a person ask for in a Team Lead Processor and Originating Production Manager? I will happily and enthusiastically recommend you to others. As a first-time homebuyer who is (or was) somewhat mistrustful of the mortgage lending industry, I was impressed with your candor and your willingness to patiently answer my questions at every step of the process.   As my wife and I started our home search we were really not looking forward to finding a lender. Several friends had mentioned they just were not happy with their lenders. The process seemed like it would be very impersonal and we were not looking forward to it at all. Our real estate agent had recommended Chris Magnotta and his team at Guild. We decided to give them a shot. We were very impressed with Guild in our initial meeting, Dorothy (one of Chris's team members) met with us and was so friendly, genuine, and personable. We never felt like they were trying to sell us on anything, or like we were being pushed into a loan larger than we could comfortably afford. As one should do when mortgage shopping, after our first meeting we shopped around. We met with a few other companies. With each of the other lenders we felt like we would just be numbers on spreadsheet to them. None of the lenders came close to the level of service or transparency that Guild was offering. Once we decided on Guild, we just could not have been happier. Chris is so knowledgeable and really did a great job of teaching a few newbies about mortgage lending. He helped us to feel that we were making an informed decision. He was able to give us a lot of options and help find the loan that was the right fit for us. Chris also knew about a mortgage credit program that none of the other lenders we spoke with knew about. The program will save us at least a thousand of dollars a year over the next 10 years Guild uses all the latest technology when I submitted all of my financial records to them for the application. The process was quick and easy, and most importantly, totally secure. When in came time for us to make an offer on our house Guild went above and beyond what we would have expected ANY lender to do for us. Chris's team actually called the listing agent to let them know that we were solid clients and that our money was real and almost as good as cash. With several competing offers, this without a doubt put us over the top and got us the house. Closing and finalizing the loan was a breeze. We always got prompt answers to any questions, and Guild was great at anticipating many of our questions and getting us answers before we could even ask. We have only had to make one mortgage payment so far, but I have no doubt that their servicing department will live up to their high standards. We cannot recommend Chris Magnotta and Team enough. Thanks again for getting us into our first home!
