  We are so happy with the great service we received with Chris Kinsella and his team at Guaranteed Rate! He was responsive, accommodating and easy to work with. He explained everything clearly and answered all of our questions. Despite living in a different state, the process was seamless. Everything was done virtually, except the closing which was done in-person with a representative. I have had many experiences closing on homes, and this by far has been the easiest and most enjoyable closing process. I recommend Chris without reservation.

  My husband and I were extremely lucky to find Chris as our mortgage lender through the recommendation of close friends. As first time homebuyers, we were fortunate to have him on our team. One of the great things about Chris was he reached out to us multiple times just to check in with us during our house hunting process. Communication with Chris and his team was never a problem. He was available to answer any of our questions via text, phone call, and email. Any scheduled meetings we had, Chris came prepared with spreadsheets and discussed every detail to help us better understand costs to buying a home. We always ended our meetings very well informed and felt confident we were being taken care of. When my husband and I found our home, he and his team worked hard to close on our home in 30 days. During the process, he made sure to not only email us with updates, but personally called us to ensure we got his message and to answer any new questions we may have had. My husband and I truly felt we were a priority to Chris. Not once did we hesitate to reach out to Chris with any questions, and every time we contacted him, we got answers immediately. During a stressful process, it was reassuring knowing Chris was on our team, available to address our concerns and questions. We highly recommend Chris as a mortgage lender.
