      The only reason I rated a 4 out of 5 is that it took me nearly half an hour to get through to a representative. But I had read so many negative reviews about millennium trust that I was pleasantly surprised with the excellent service I got from Jessica . She guided me through the procedure step-by-step on the computer while we were on the phone. Now I just have to be sure that the money is deposited on time! Thank you so much Jessica.

      Terrible experience. After receiving a statement in the mail I could not get any farther with the lady on the phone because I did not know who rolled my retirement into this lousy trust company. She then put me on hold for about 15 min. Before hanging up. They charge a annual fee to have an account there. Anyone looking for a trust company don't go to any company that charges you an annual fee, talk to a CFP before continuing with this company, don't take my word listen to a Certified financial planner and go from there. Update, after having to call back and talk with Natasha who is not knowledgeable at all about what she's doing but is difficult to understand. To be noted unless doing a rollover you will be charged 25 dollars as a "closeout" fee. REALLY???? They need to change their name to Millennium unTRUSTworthy company. I know my previous employer picked this company and I did not, but they not about the customer they are about fees.... Please shop around first people. Ps. Still dealing with this company......

      HORRIBLE! Been trying to get my money out of this company for over 5 months now. Previous employer auto enrolled me and now im being charged fees for opening, closing, transfer out, etc, and they still have my money and keep denying my transfer requests! Customer Service is absolutely zero help. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE!! I would bury my money in the backyard before I gave this company a penny of my hard earned money!

      I am actually on hold now speaking to a customer service rep by the name Mayra. I actually did what they asked and sent in my request forms and all paperwork they needed Also I emailed someone else and they replied with they have received all they need to just give them the 10-15 days they ask for. So now I have. And now they are telling me that because my "second" last name doesn't match Its an issue even though I asked way ahead of time is everything is ok w my paperwork. A last name that isn't on my bank paperwork they asked for and is only on my ID as a secondary. I have worked for a company where reviews were always all over so reading some of these reviews I didn't want to believe them but now that I am having the same issues because of the companies negligence in what they are doing I am upset and I am having issues with someone getting back on the phone. Even after I said I just come in w my ID and paperwork they said no its fine we have it all and it is being processed. If i could pick 0 starts I would.

When there is a discrepancy between the name on your ID and what we show on record for your account, additional documentation is required.       Old 401k from an past employer rolled over to these people. They are hard to get a hold of, rude when you finally do get to talk to someone. I was told I would be emailed the form to get my 401k rolled over to a diffrent company, its been a few days now and nothing. If you have amy choice in the matter for your own good go somewhere else **Update*** No you havent sent me any email, Ive even looked in the spam folder. So maybe instead of lying to people looking at reviews you xan just send me the ****ing email. It would be faster

      Same experience as others; Took over 4 years for them to contact me. Then to get them to work with me and describe the exact paperwork they needed to roll this account another bank has been about 6 weeks at this point. I am still fighting to get the $$ changed out of Millennium. I had to change my address first before anything further would happen. In the meantime they are collecting fees while they delayed the processing of my transfer and I also have to mention a transfer fee!

      Had a little confusion when an old account got transferred to Millennium. I wasn't sure how to get things back in order, especially while living in such a different time zone. Rich was a huge help. He made a point to get back to me at the earliest opportunity each time I had a new concern. Had a little issue with entering my home address into the online database so Rich stayed on the line and talked me through fixing the problem. How representatives troubleshoot random problems is a big reflection on how the company views its customers overall. Very satisfied.

      After reading these reviews I find myself in the same boat. My previous employer sent my 401k here and it was months before I knew. I've done the paperwork for distribution on Apr 10th, and found out they take 15 business days to process, even accounts that are liquid cash. I've called a few times to see if there's anything that can be done, but no is the only answer I seem to get. Was also told that is the nature of the business. I agree with others that they are trying to hold on to money that got in these situations. I don't recommend this company and wish I had known.

      I have been a client of Millennium Trust Company for over five years. I keep approximately seven alternative assets in my Roth IRA there. I find the process of owning alternative assets in one's IRA to be a bit complex. That said, I have had a relatively easy time of it thanks to Millennium as they always hold my hand through issues that arise. Some of the more difficult things I've had to process are recapitalizations occurring with several of my alternative investments, capital calls and cash and public stock transfers between my Millennium IRA and my traditional IRA. Each of these requires coordination between multiple parties (the sponsor of the alternative asset, the contra-brokerage firm, etc.). Fortunately, Millennium does these things day in and day out and knows how to work with novice clients like myself to make sure everything goes smoothly. And Chris Wadington is always there as my silver bullet. Occasionally if I ever hit a stumbling block I can reach out to Chris and he can resolve the issue or deliver me and my issue to precisely the right person who can get me squared away. Millennium is a great service provider overall. I appreciate that I can always get them on the phone quickly and handle my business with them quickly and easily. I have had many many interactions with them over the years and have had consistently excellent service. They have well earned my five star rating.

      My dad and I contacted this company, I was only present to help my dad because he has limited English and he needed to retrieve money from his IRA. They didn't allow me to help my dad even after he was verified and he requested that they speak to me ( his son) . She explained, I needed a POA and I told her that's find, but please provide with any details you would like on the POA, she couldn't answer and began giving me the run around. This company was not helpful and they appear more interested in keeping peoples money than taking care of their elderly customers. I am glad we're closing his account.
