  Chris and team worked diligently and swiftly to ensure our request for quick loan approval and rate lock in this crazy market today happened. I cannot thank them enough for their fortitude and patience. Chris is so knowledgeable and doesn’t mind spending time to explain everything in layman’s terms.   I highly recommend! The team explained everything every step of the way. They answered every call & if they couldn't answer called us back right away. They answered every question & explained in great detail so we understood. If you need a mortgage company they are the only one I would recommend I would give the 10 stars if I could.

  One word: Exceptional. The Hoss Team goes above and beyond to help people. They changed my life from one coming from life's worst events to one of hope and stability. They assess all available information and provide timely, professional and compassionate service. Michael Gracz, as others have stated, is one the best people you can work with. He's very accessible, and has the patience, skills, and knowledge to help you. Jessica & Jules were incredibly timely with documentation and process updates. The underwriter was very thorough, kind, and very knowledgeable--can't emphasize that enough. And finally, there's the manager, Chris Hoss. A team reflects the type of manager they have. To that end, Mr. Hoss is an awesome manager. It was an absolutely blessing to do business with him and his team. You can count on me doing business and referring business to them in the future.

My loan officer, Michael Gracz, was superior throughout all aspects of the process (quick responses, excellent communication, genuinely helpful, etc.) I felt well-informed and knowledgeable throughout the entire process even though this is my first home purchase.   If you want to work with a mortgage lender that actually cares about you, then go with Team Hoss at Cross Country Mortgage! Seriously. I had been searching for the perfect home for years, and when I finally found it (which wasn’t easy since I was very particular about the home I wanted) the Hoss Team made my dream come true! They are very reliable and always responded to my questions. It always felt like I was speaking to a family member or friend. Chris Hoss took the time to explain the process to me and helped see it through. It was clear that he’s very loyal and committed to his clients. I always felt very comfortable speaking to the people at Team Hoss, and I never had to worry about them ghosting me (like other lenders would). They are very caring people who went to bat for me and made the impossible possible, I can’t thank them enough!

  You cannot go wrong with choosing CrossCountry. Michael Gracz was the absolute best I have ever used. My situation was not the ideal situation but I am telling you they not only made it work but made the whole process flawless. If you need honest, dependable, caring and FAST service, you have to give CrossCountry a call. Even if you have credit issues/bad history if it can be done...these guys can do it. Absolutely thrilled with our new home and will only use CrossCountry in the future. 5 stars and another 5 each for Mike and Stephanie! They got us in our dream house and they can you too!
