  I worked with Chris when I was buying my first condo in Seattle. He was super delight to work with, as I was a complete noob at the process. He helped me understand the process, was always there when I needed him and finally helped me close the offer on time. Not only that, I had complications with the process as I had to delay the closing (due to my wife not being there to sign the documents) - he was swift on getting the documents redone and pushing the date out, and he did that while he was on his vacation abroad. I highly recommend him for your most home loan needs.
