  Went there to get a gold ring and the owner helped me out a lot! He was a very nice guy and made the whole experience very pleasant! The selection was amazing as there were so many beautiful different rings and other pieces of jewelry! Would definitely come back :)

  I love shopping there been going there since i moved to Louisville they are awesome and if i wasn't satisfied i got my money back probably not all of it but a percentage i did. A pawn shop is a pawn shop what you except. I love this guy's 👍for me keep up the good work see you soon.

  Really decent pawn shop with something for everybody. Guitars, guns, video game systems, musical equipment, televisions, tools, electronics, all kinds of stuff. The staff has always been helpful and friendly the few times I have visited. And they seem to be on the 'up and up'. The employees don't seem sleazy which is nice. I've never pawned anything here, so I can't speak for how fair they are in that regard. But, I know their selling prices are fair on the items I am familiar with. Also, they've always worked with me on the pricing if you're trying to keep things to a certain budget, or if you buy multiple items at once. All in all, I really like this pawn shop, and I enjoy visiting it every once in a while.

  Waste of time, rude service, and no idea what they are talking about. I took my surface book here to get rid of it only for them to look at it for 10 minutes come to the conclusion it was a surface pro (definitely was not model 1703) and then proceed to tell me they are reserving money for gold and guns. If they would have told me this from the start it could have saved a lot of my time.

  Not a good place I know the owners personally and they think of different ways to short change the customers sell them electronics knowing they will break down just to unload their merchandise cause there is a no return policy. GOOD LUCK better luck playing the lottery.

  Hi Anthony, I'm sorry I don't know who you are since I don't recognize your name. My brother and sons don't know you either. I also cannot find your name on our data base. We have not had anyone try to return defective electronics in months. We have been in business for 38 years and do not short change or cheat our customers. Our receipts say "No warranty on any merchandise unless specified in writing by Bob & Company staff with receipt and warranty form." Used electronics are tough to guarantee. I wish I knew who you are and what your talking about. Please give us a call.

  Very rude! Was 2 guys there eating pizza. Told me to leave and come back later after they will finish to eat... again it’s 2 guys... someone doesn’t know how to run a business here
