  DO NOT RECOMMEND, as a Ford member we get our checks early and that is the only thing "good". This place does not have an after hours service so if you choose to bank with them you will never get ahold of a live person, they are horrible if you call them during their actual working hours. My husband was trying to set up autopay for one of our accounts and has been locked out, it is late in the evening and they have no way to get ahold of them, they sent an email regarding the numbers to call (has to be during working hours).

  This is a terrible bank. Please do not even consider them. They have taken so much money from my accounts. I had mu card number stolen. I couldn't get them to shut card off for 2 days because it was the weekend. The charges overdrafted my account 18 times because of the amount taken. They refunded the stolen amount and said the overdrafts totaling 600$ were valid because i should have not used my card. It was stolen when i was swiping it. Those were pending charges. Please do not go to this bank no matter what u do. Even if ur at ford find another bank!!!!!!!

  Someone was trying to charge something to my bank account that was not connected to me what so ever, they sent a $309 bill to my collections and it’s not even my bill. They did not contact me and tell me someone was trying to withdrawal money from my account nor did they call me to tell me that they were closing my account. I then got proof that it wasn’t my bill and sent it over to the man who runs collections and he ignores my calls and voicemails and will not return any messages or emails I leave.

  After marriage I closed my account with another bank and my husband added me to his checking account here. When I wanted to create a login and password to use the mobile banking I was told I had to use my husband's and could not have my own. That was the first thing I didn't like about this credit union. Then I decided to close my son's savings account (who is a minor) at the other bank as well and open one for him here so that all accounts would be at the same place. I called the Newburg location twice in a couple weeks to find out if I needed an appointment to open the account and to get some information. I got Katie's voicemail every time I called. I had left 2 messages but never heard back from her. I called the other location and a helpful woman answered the phone . She told me I didn't need an appointment but to just bring my son's social security card and birth certificate. Today I went to the Newburg location only to have them tell me that my 14 year old son has to sign for the account. He's 14! I'm putting money in an account for him. I'm not opening a credit card in his name. Absolutely ridiculous! I will not be opening an account for him here and will be looking into closing the accounts we do have. I do not recommend this credit union. Go somewhere else.

  All staff at auto truck credit union make u feel like family. They put aside whatever they are doing to help you in anyway possible. Love the new location, but not the traffic trying to get out. And the landscaping coming in needs work. I wish that they bundle home and auto together I would transfer that over to them.

  Have had my account for about 4 weeks now, never have I had so many issues using a debit card. It has declined my card many times, then I'm stuck not being able to use it u till you call, and you are really out of luck if it happens during the weekend, they have no one to take calls for issues.

  Multiple times over 2 years my account was put on hold for fraud. Every time I don’t receive a phone call to unlock my account till after the weekend. The last time I had the fraud department number saved so this wouldn’t happen. However the fraud guy wanted to go over all my chargers and I told them I have no fraud I’m logged in online it’s all fine. Then he made one up and said well u should have known I locked your account. This was on Saturday night and my phone had prepaid set to hit Sunday. Now what pisses me off is I took 200 out and he said someone tried to take 100 more right after that. Now logic would say that’s me. But, having no record online I told him most likely it was me. He said it’s not good enough and someone is trying to run the card 5 more times for 150 right now. I told him ya u keep declining it and I need a jack hammer. He said well too late now it’s locked u will need another account. I didn’t know this at the time but, he bounced all my checks causing me a ton of damage. Another thing is my debt has nothing to do with me writing checks but, he went out of the way to ruin me. Here’s a follow up. Was left a voicemail Monday after the weekend of the issue. Didn’t know as my phone was prepaid and was denied. I tried paying with a check but, they decided to freeze that too. Drove all they was to then in doing so got a nice flat. Had to close my account and open one up at another bank to turn my phone on after getting my tire patched by big o. Called back on Friday after getting bills caught up and my life back on track with this. And still no return phone call. I had applied for a loan once here as well. Due to having a quad plex in my name it caused issues. They were aware before pulling my credit I had it and another 4,000 a month coming in but after seeing it. Said they couldn’t do anything cause they don’t know how to validate business and personal. So my credit took a hit. Auto truck isn’t for me any more. At least having a bank account with them. Maybe they can get sorted out one day.

  Horrible bank! They have an excuse for everything and when you ask to speak to a manager they are at lunch an hour before they close or refuse to talk to you. Rude staff at all Louisville area branches! Charge fees all the time for no reason and refuse to refund them. They allowed my card number to be used without my authorization and refused to give the money back said they don't care. Your money is unprotected at this bank! Can't trust atms to dispense the cash they have deducted from your account already and even with proof they refuse to give the money back. Called about a couple months ago and asked for a manager and the guy who answered said I was asking too much and said byeeee and slammed the phone down on me. I called another branch only to be told call back in a week when the branch manager was back from vacation there was nothing they could do. Still don't have that money that was taken back and its been months. My husband is changing his bank info at work back to our old bank and we are going to close thid account we have only had since January, can't keep losing money to their unethical, fraudulent practices.

  Got a cashier’s check from this location to drop it off 45 minutes away to pay my rent. Dropped it off, got almost all the way back until I had the people working at the rental place tell me my check wasn’t endorsed. Called this location and they didn’t care that they didn’t do their job correctly and wouldn’t refund me for the $5. Terrible customer service and terrible workers. Learn how to do your job.
