  Eric at CHM worked with us to get the mortgage on our first home last year. He was unbelievably helpful in answering the MANY questions we had as first time home buyers. And he made the complicated process of getting a mortgage very easy by taking it step by step and explaining all the options along the way. In the 18 months since, he has proactively sought out better deals for us and we have now refinanced TWICE with him. We didn't have to do anything. He just found us better deals that made sense for our situation and called us up to let us know the options. He's saved us a ton of money a month in mortgage payments and a truly incredible amount in long term interest. And he's very easy to talk to and work with on all the details. I cannot recommend CHM enough!

  I can not recommend CHM mortgage enough!!! Eric made my home buying process so much easier with his quick responses, helpful explanations, and follow up. But the best thing about him is that HE will reach out to YOU when savings could be had. Most recently he proactively reaches out and as a result saves me $380 a month!!!   I was a first time home buyer and had no idea about the process. Mike and Eric walked me through every step and made sure I understood everything they explained. As a first time home buyer they made the process as easy as possible and knocked it out of the park!!! If you are looking to purchase a home just stop now and reach out to them. Their response time is amazing. Their knowledge is amazing. They will do anything you request to make sure your home buying experience is perfect. When applying for my mortgage I provided all of the documents requested and I was approved immediately. I have friends who have purchased homes and they have spent weeks sending documents back and forth. Not with Mike and Eric. When we hit the 6 month mark of owning our home Erik and Mike reached out to let me know I can refinance and have a lower mortgage payment. We jumped to save money and refinanced and saved a little over $100 a month!! Again the process was painless and we only had to send over the handful a documents and we were all done. I have never met someone so knowledgable and detail oriented with the mortgage lending process as Eric.   Eric is a true professional and helped us with with a refinance that was painless.
