  I have done two Mortgages with Jonathan di Clementi, and he has been great! Jonathan is creative and proactive, he solved all the details for my case, ensuring I was clear on every step. For me that was great, as I work with a small company and hence my case was not a stratight foward one. Aks for Jonathan! And congrats CFS!!

  My wife and I worked with CFS to get a mortgage during the pandemic. From the very begining, CFS was amazingly responsive and really took all of the pain out of the mortgage process. Based on our experience they provide insanely competitive rates and completely blew other lenders out of the water. Highly recommend using CFS if you want a low stress mortgage process.

  We had a great experience working with CFS Mortgage. Phil Brilliant was really easy to work with and they know their stuff. I guess they handle a lot of the process in-house, so no outside people can screw up our loan. We got a great rate and we closed really fast. Chicago Financial Services mortgage is the best place to go to in Chicago for a home loan. We will be going back when we buy again or refinance. Thanks.

  I've recently been hearing commercials for CFS with Jeff Entratter, which reminded me this review is past due! For many years I tried refinancing my mortgage with my carrier Wells Fargo and other brokers, to no avail. This is a positive review of CFS so I won't go into the Hell, Wells Fargo put me through, including fraud. I will say Jeff and his crew did what I thought was impossible, he refinanced my building, lowered my rate by 2.5 interest points. He took the time to listen, figured out a way, where others couldn't. The whole team is professional and efficient! After being shunned for 5 years, my refinance truely helped my family's financial situation and enabled my building to have positive cash flow. I can't thank them enough! I highly recommend Chicago Financial Services for all your mortgage needs.

  I would HIGHLY recommend Chicago Financial Services mortgage. They were all fantastic to work with. They were even able to do a 30 day close which helped us get the condo we wanted. They made the entire mortgage process extremely easy. They asked a lot of questions up front to make sure that we were a good fit for them. They were very honest and walked us through the entire process. They answered all of our questions and gave us multiple options for loan types and mortgage rates. They were extremely responsive during the entire process. They were well organized and made sure that we got all of the correct documentation in on time. It was great to have them tp keep us on track. The close process went very smoothly which is the most important part. Chicago Financial Services will absolutely have my business for future loans. I would recommend them for any home loans or re-financing.

  Jeff was super great to work with! Every step of the way, he and his team were spot on with answers. From the first call, he told me what he could do for me, and what he believed was the best solution for me. He had a great plan, and a great offer for me. At the end everything finished exactly as he told me it would to start with. No need for excuses, and no last minute game change. Just a great experience.
