  Service personnel were incredibly friendly, arrived when they were supposed to for pick up, provided all the work that needed to be done in an extremely timely manner, and then the service advisor personally deliver the car back. That service over and above what I would’ve expected.

  Chevy Chase Acura has done great service on my vehicle. If you buy a Certified Pre-owned vehicle from them, you will get two years or six free oil changes plus complimentary car washes for as long as you own your vehicle. It’s a busy place so plan on waiting about two hours for an oil and filter change but I have no complaints about the service.

  I recently purchased a new RLX at Chevy Chase Acura and my experience was great! As a female not once did I feel pressured. David Petty my salesperson was awesome. David listened and heard my request and was very instrumental in making sure that I was completely satisfied and that my expectations were met.   My oil change was done in under an hour and it was free with my MDX lease from a few month back. That was my best transaction with a car dealer ever! And this free oil change + car wash was the icing on the cake. Thank you!!

  David Petty at Chevy Chase/Bethesda Acura is wonderful. I visited at least a half dozen dealerships and David was the most fair, transparent, patient, helpful and informed salesperson. He secured me a great deal, a great car, and all the time with a smile. He answered all my questions with equal ease. Acura offered me a phenomenal deal and provided superior service. Their processing fees were $400 less than in Virginia. Do yourself a favor and give them a chance. I don't think they will disappoint. Proud new owner of an Acura !

  Great experience. The Service Department staff were friendly and efficient. I do not typically go to a dealer for service, only went in this time because of a recall. This experience has changed my thinking and I will bring it to them Chevy Chase Acura the next time I need service.

  From the time I called on the phone to schedule my appointment to the time I walked out the service department was absolutely the best service I ever had. Eric Sanchez and the mechanic Roberto Jarquin really did an outstanding job. My car had a strange noise and one dealership said I needed a new transmission another one said that I needed new brakes. The bill would have been thousands of dollars. Ethan took careful notes to tell the mechanic and called me with what was needed before doing any work. I learned my car needed a software update covered by warranty and a brake flush. The car was finished in a couple of hours and cleaned inside and out. I saved tons of money and was treated with respect and never felt as if I was just a dumb female who knew nothing about my car. Thank you so much and when I want a new car I know exactly where I will go. One more thing, the waiting room was comfortable and had quiet rooms to sit and get work done! 100% rating for sure!!!
