  I'm a first time home-buyer and David was referred to me by a close friend. After everything was said and done; I can see why my close friend recommended David to serve as my Loan Officer for my new home. I really felt like I was carried upon the shoulders of an accomplished professional. Moreover, David and his office made the loan process as seemless and stream-lined a home loan could possibly be. Everything was presented in neat, clean, and orderly manner on-line. Any questions or confusions were enthusiastically handled by David and his team.   I had the pleasure of working with David on my home loan. He was incredibly responsive and patiently answered our (many) questions throughout the entire process. We were first time home buyers and he guided us through every step. As we were first shopping around for a lender, we first looked to the big banks, but I am very happy that we went with a local lender like David who had firsthand knowledge of our specific market.   If you're mulling over reviews in the hopes of finding the right mortgage lender, I'd recommend stopping now—you've found him. Especially if you're a first-time homebuyer, much like my wife and I were when got in touch with David and his team. We Googled "best lender in Montgomery County, Maryland," and that search 100% delivered what it promised. We closed on our first home within 30 days and without issue, and we couldn't imagine having gone with anyone else. Being first-timers, we greatly appreciated David and his team's no-pressure approach, as well as their level of detail and promptness in their responses to any questions we had, day or night. We'd recommend David in a heartbeat, and it's really comforting to know we still have someone in our corner if we have questions later down the line.
