  Great place along with their Wonderful, Respectful & ready to help you with all your financial needs, notaries, Saving, Checking. Unlike most Credit Unions you can aquire a Debit Card having only a Savings Account.

  If I was able to give this bank no stars I would... This has to be the worse bank I've ever delt with never answer the phone I've been trying to call every day for 2 weeks atleast five times a day I've even called them while I was in the drive threw and they had no one in there they are all very rude and are very unhappy with there jobs will be closeing my account with you guys very soon.....CHESSIE YOU NEED NEW WORKERS.

  I can’t get a hold of an actual teller or loan specialist when I call. The answer machine number 2 button doesn’t work to take me to loan and share rates and when I click 0 for a real person it makes a load brttttt noise and hangs up. The answer machine also is extremely long and takes forever to even hear the options for you to chose from.

  Does not do there job right puts the money into other people account and then does not work with them to help them when it is the mess up

  i bought an atv in december and financed thru chessie because of there good interest rates but by the time i paid for insurance thru geico i would have spent more money than if i went thru sheffield.i called chessie on may 4,2018 and left three messages with three different people to get payoff and have not been contacted yet.this is not the first time this has happened.they are a very rude and unorganized company.save yourself the headache and go thru someone like sheffield where you get to talk to someone EVERY time you call.

  Can never get ahold of anyone, just get runaround ,on hold for over a hour.
